It's a Beautiful Day : Matthew Senior

A couple of weeks ago, I had the privilege of photographing a very special young man. Matthew is an aspiring film director, and he is already quite a talent! In just a little over a month, Matthew will be receiving his diploma, so we wanted to take some special shots to commemorate this milestone in his life.

Our first location was quite fitting....a BIG thanks to Great Escape of McDonough for being so accomodating!

After the theater, we headed over to the Square in McDonough where we found lots of neat little spots...

Andrew grabbed this image...love it.

What was wonderful about this session was that Matthew was surrounded by people who love him...his mom, grandmother, and sister all came to show their support....must be why I got some good smiles. :)

Congratulations Matthew! Remember us when you become the next Spielberg!

Come a Little Closer: Beasley E-Session

Oil and vinegar...that's how Hunter described him and Becky as a couple. He's a the joker, she's the serious one.

Becky and I were acquaintances at our college ministry at UGA a few years back. So, when Becky contacted me about photographing her wedding this summer, I was ecstatic.

I headed over to Athens, my college stomping grounds, to photograph this super fun couple.

Meet the future Beasley's...

Hunter and Becky are absolutely smitten with one another...I love watching couples who clearly enjoy each another...

I knew I liked Hunter when he said that being with Becky for the rest of his life was the most important part of his wedding....just look at how he looks at her. Becky, you are a lucky gal!

This next shot was Hunter's idea...I asked what would be the best spot for a ring shot, and he eventually emptied out his wallet and stuck in Becky's ring...so fitting.

Metal & Wood : Housley E-Session

Happy Tuesday everybody. I am officially on my Spring Break from preschool....woohoo! So Andrew and I are getting some great family time and relaxation.

A couple of weeks ago, I had the joy of photographing our dear friends Jason and Martha. You might recognize Martha from a previous post last summer.....she was a bridal model for me. Who knew that shortly after, she'd meet the man that makes the man of her dreams look like a chump?!

So meet this awesome duo.....oh, and did I mention that they are gorgeous together?

TOMS are an integral part of J & M's wedding, so I love that he grabbed these images...

Jason and Martha are both very talented musicians...so we thought a little grass and guitar action might be perfect...
